Appellant, Mojisola A., asks us to review the decision of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County to terminate her parental rights with respect to her son, Harold, who was born on February 7, 1995. The unfortunate victim of a severe stroke in 2001, when she was only 41, appellant has resided in a nursing home since that date, while Harold lived elsewhere.
