WALLER, Presiding Justice, for the Court.

¶ 1. Various owners of land annexed by the City of Clinton appeal from the judgment and order of the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Hinds County approving the plan of annexation. We vacate and remand for failure of the learned chancellor to address the twelve indicia of reasonableness in support of his decision to approve the annexation.
