On March 23, 2005, Andre Bennett was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The charges stem from a fight Bennett was involved in on November 26, 2004. Bennett entered a plea of guilty to the one-count indictment on May 18, 2005.
