Article I, section 8, of the Oregon Constitution provides, in part, that "[n]o law shall be passed restraining the free expression of opinion, or restricting the right to speak, write, or print freely on any subject whatever[.]" In these five consolidated cases, we consider the relationship between that provision and the state's regulation of signs along highways under the Oregon Motorist Information Act, ORS 377...
