The defendant, John Lough, appeals conviction after a jury found him guilty of embezzlement and fraudulent conversion in violation of G.L.1956 § 11-41-3. Lough maintains that the trial justice incorrectly instructed the jury on the elements required to return a conviction under the applicable statute.
