PER CURIAM.

Garrett Lee Jones was convicted of four counts of aggravated sexual abuse. After determining the guidelines range, the district court1 sentenced him to the guidelines' minimum of 360 months in prison. Jones appeals, claiming insufficient evidence, impermissible double counting, and violation of the Ex Post Facto Clause of the United States Constitution. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms.
