Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction on one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. ORS 166.270. She assigns error to the trial court's denial of her motion to dismiss based on an alleged denial of her rights to a speedy trial under Article I, section 10, of the Oregon Constitution, the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution, and ORS 135.747.
