The defendant, Benjamin Wright ("Wright"), appeals the judgment of the 26th Judicial District Court, Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana. Wright was convicted of three counts of video voyeurism. Wright was sentenced to serve five years' imprisonment at hard labor on count one, ten years on count two and ten years on count three without benefits, with the sentences to be served concurrently.
