On or about 28 January 2001, defendant Terrence Rodricus Elliott murdered Alice Mae McLeod McCrimmon. On 15 December 2003 a jury returned verdicts of guilty against defendant for first-degree felony murder, first-degree rape, and first-degree burglary.
