Defendants Kenneth Pigors ("Pigors") and Pridie Farms have brought a motion to dismiss this case for improper venue under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(3) or, in the alternative, to transfer the case to the District of South Dakota pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1404(a) (2005).
