¶ 1 In addition to various counts involving manufacture, possession, and delivery, a jury found Richard Cooper guilty of endangering his girl friend's children by operating a methamphetamine manufacturing operation in the children's residence. RCW 9A.42.100, the child endangerment statute, makes it a crime for a person to knowingly or intentionally expose a dependent child to methamphetamine.
