¶ 1 Sonia Acrey drained the retirement savings of an elderly man and accumulated more than $83,000 of debt in his name. She pleaded guilty to theft, identity theft and perjury. As part of her sentence, the judge prohibited her from working as a caretaker for elderly or disabled individuals.
