This case arises out of a hotel reservation made through the Hyatt International Corporation website "Hyatt.com," by Britt Shaw, an American citizen, from his residence in London, England, for a hotel stay in Moscow, Russia. Shaw used that Hyatt website to reserve a room at the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow.
