In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in Ware v. City of Chicago, case No. 1-05-4139 (02/01/06), denying the petition for appeal. The appellate court is directed to allow the petition and consider the appeal in light of DeSmet v. County of Rock Island, case No. 100261, 219 Ill.2d 497, 302 Ill.Dec. 466
