In this conflict between neighbors over the location of a common boundary, the defendants, Thomas and Linda Pearson, appeal the entry of judgment by a trial justice of the Superior Court in favor of the plaintiff, Anita Acampora, and against the counterclaims of the Pearsons. Acampora and the Pearsons own abutting waterfront lots on Seaside Drive in Jamestown. Acampora purchased her lot, No. 19, as well as the dwelling...
