In March 2004, a federal grand jury returned an indictment against Lance Pisman and Jacob Wilkerson. Counts 1 and 2 charged both men with conspiracy to travel for sexual conduct with a minor in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2423(b) and (e), and interstate travel for sexual conduct with a minor in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2422(b).
