[¶ 1] Ford Motor Company appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Hjelm, J.) finding that Ford violated the provisions of 10 M.R.S. § 1176 (2005), which governs the payment by an automobile manufacturer for warranty claim repairs performed by the manufacturer's franchisees.
