Petitioners, Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London ("Petitioners" or "Underwriters"), have petitioned this Court for an order confirming the appointment of Harry Hinkleman and Stephen Lewis as arbitrators in an arbitration proceeding instituted by Respondent, Argonaut Insurance Company ("Respondent" or "Argonaut"). (D.E. 1 ("Petition").)
