¶ 1 K.D.K. appeals from the order entered by the Youth Court of the Twenty-First Judicial District, Ravalli County, requiring him to pay $12,662.18 in restitution. We reverse and remand.

¶ 2 We restate the dispositive issue on appeal as whether the Youth Court had authority to order restitution on June 9, 2005.
