Wendy Darling Scarborough ("the mother") appeals from a judgment of the Cleburne Circuit Court awarding attorney fees and costs to Bryan James Darling ("the father") under the Alabama Litigation Accountability Act, Ala.Code 1975, § 12-19-270 et seq. ("the ALAA"). We reverse and remand.
