Plaintiff Patrick Bails complains that defendant United Airlines Employees Welfare Benefit Plan (the "Plan") denied medical benefits for two of his children.1 Also named as a defendant is Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois which provides administrative services for the Plan, including claims administration.
