In this wrongful death lawsuit, Rebecca Cook and Vernon Shively appeal a judgment of the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, which, following a jury trial, assessed 80% comparative fault to Ragan Shively and 20% comparative fault to Cynthia Lynn Kendrick for Ragan's death.
