OPINION

WILLIS, Judge.

Relator employer challenges by writ of certiorari the decision of the senior unemployment-review judge (SURJ) that respondent employee did not commit employment misconduct and is not precluded from receiving unemployment benefits. Because we conclude that respondent's single violation of relator's cash-register policy did not constitute employment misconduct, we affirm.
