¶ 1. A Lee County Circuit Court jury found James J. Weil guilty of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) third offense. He was sentenced to serve a term of five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with two years to serve and two and one-half years suspended, followed by two and one-half years of post-release supervision.
