The plaintiff, Dr. James Earl McConnell, appeals from a trial court decision granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants and dismissing the plaintiff's claim of entitlement to an ownership interest in property formerly belonging to his deceased grandmother. For the following reasons, we affirm.
