¶ 1 Steffani Garcia ("Mother") appeals from the superior court's denial of her motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure 60(c) ("Rule 60(c)"). The primary issue presented is whether the superior court loses authority to rule on grandparent visitation petitions when such authority is based on the child being born out of wedlock, but the parents subsequently marry.
