The former wife, Jean Boudot, appeals the trial court's denial of her motion for attorney's fees and costs in this dissolution proceeding. The wife's motion was denied because she failed to comply with the 30-day time limit file for filing that motion, as was then required by Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.525, and her request to enlarge the time within which to file was denied.
