Lucas Canny (Canny) brought this action against his former employer, Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up Bottling Group, Inc. (Dr Pepper),1 claiming violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213, and the Iowa Civil Rights Act (ICRA), Iowa Code Chapter 216.
