In this nullity action, appellant, Richland Plantation, Inc. (Richland Plantation), appeals the trial court's March 17, 2005 and May 25, 2005 judgments in favor of appellee, East Feliciana Parish. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the judgment of the trial court.
