Plaintiff Mary G. Belour ("Belour") sued her employer, Adapt of Illinois Inc. ("Adapt"), alleging that her termination was racially motivated, and therefore in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e), et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
