David Van Sickle represented James and Bonnie Willhite in a series of state court actions relating to a dispute over property lines. When the Willhites were unhappy with the results of the state court proceedings, Van Sickle filed a similar lawsuit on their behalf in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
