Husband and intervenor, his mother (hereinafter grandmother), appeal from a supplemental judgment, assigning error to the allowance of wife's petition for attorney fees. In addition, husband assigns error to the denial of his petition that sought fees from wife. Wife initially moved to modify a judgment of dissolution of marriage in order to allow her to move with the parties' children to Minnesota. ORS 107.135. Husband objected to the modification...
