C. Michael Riddell, M.D., appeals an adverse grant of judgment on the administrative record to his employer, Tenet Healthcare Corporation ("Tenet"), and the administrator of his long-term disability plan, Unum Life Insurance Company of America ("Unum"), on his ERISA claim. We affirm the judgment of the district court.1
