Arlon Ray Wilson appeals a judgment by the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, Louisiana, dismissing his claims against Christus Health Northern Louisiana d/b/a Schumpert Medical Center ("Schumpert"). The trial court concluded that the action against Schumpert was a medical malpractice case and dismissed the action as premature.
