[¶ 1] Richard T. Schirber appeals from his conviction and sentence on one count of possession of a controlled substance in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031(c)(iii) and two counts of concealing stolen property in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-3-403(a)(i).
