[¶ 1] Lisa A. Grenier appeals from a divorce judgment entered in the District Court (Lewiston, Cote, J.), contending that the court erred in failing to carry out an oral agreement she had with her husband, Gary P. Grenier, concerning the distribution of their marital assets and debts; and the court exceeded the bounds of its discretion in its distribution of marital property and its order concerning their two minor children.
