This appeal arises from a challenge by plaintiff Hunters, Anglers and Trappers Association of Vermont, Inc. ("HAT") to the Winooski Valley Park District's posted ban on hunting and trapping on lands within the District. The superior court upheld the hunting ban, granting summary judgment to the District on HAT's principal claim.
