[¶ 1] Murdo Cameron appealed from a district court judgment determining that SPW Associates, LLP ("SPW"), had lawful possession of an airplane based upon its security interest in the airplane. SPW cross-appealed, claiming the district court erred in ordering SPW to sell the airplane after giving notice to all of the defendants in the action.
