Bonnie Wittenburg, a former Equity Research Analyst for American Express Financial Advisors, Inc.'s ("AEFA") Equity Investment Department ("EID"), brought this employment discrimination suit against AEFA, asserting gender discrimination and age discrimination in AEFA's termination of her employment.
