¶ 1. Kenneth Brown was convicted of the crimes of aggravated assault (Count I) and shooting into an occupied dwelling (Count II). On Count I, he was sentenced to serve ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections ("MDOC"), with nine years suspended and five years supervised probation. On Count II, he was sentenced to serve five years in the custody of MDOC, with four years suspended and five years of supervised...
