Roy B. One Star was charged with sexually abusing and assaulting his daughters while residing with them on the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota. A jury convicted One Star of multiple counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(c), and one count of simple assault, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 113(a)(5).
