This is a case alleging interference with an employee's pension rights. Plaintiff Patrick G. Zbuka sues his former employer, Marathon Ashland Petroleum (Marathon), for allegedly interfering with his attainment of full pension benefits in violation of § 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
