George Tannous appeals the jury verdict against him on the claims of conspiracy to defraud and violations of the Securities Act. He argues the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict, the district court1 erred in instructing the jury, and the district court erred in denying his motion for directed verdict. We affirm.
