This action is before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint brought by Defendants Pharmacia Cash Balance Pension Plan, Pharmacia Corporation, Pharmacia & Upjohn Company, and Pfizer, Inc. (Doc. 25).1 For the following reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss is DENIED.
