RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Kevin L. Nitsche (Nitsche) appeals the district court's1 grant of summary judgment in favor of Osage Valley Electric Cooperative (Osage Valley) on Nitsche's sexual harassment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17, and the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA), Mo.Rev.Stat. §§ 213.010 to 213.137. We affirm.
