Trianthony Cannon repeatedly raped eleven-year-old V.J. over a nine-month period. In connection with those rapes, a jury found V.J.'s mother, Julia Johnson, guilty of cruelty to children, party to the crime of rape, and contributing to the deprivation of a minor. Johnson appeals, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to support her convictions, that she received ineffective assistance of counsel, that the trial court improperly admitted hearsay...
