Ronald Spears was convicted of second degree murder and aiding and abetting in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1111, 1153, and 2; assault with a dangerous weapon and aiding and abetting in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 113(a)(3), 1153, and 2; and use of a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). He was sentenced to 156 months' imprisonment...
