Appellant Muna Dayib Ahmed challenges her convictions of two counts of criminal vehicular operation (gross misdemeanor), in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.21, subd. 2b(1) (2004), arguing that her rights under the Confrontation Clause were violated and that various other misconduct and error occurred.
