OPINION

FRIEDLANDER, Judge.

Keith J. Lipscomb appeals the trial court's judgment forfeiting his $1952 in U.S. currency, which was seized upon his arrest for dealing in cocaine. Lipscomb presents the following restated issue for review: Did the State present sufficient evidence to support the trial court's forfeiture order?

We reverse and remand.
