HILL, Justice.

[¶ 1] Appellant, Abdullah Kru Amin (Amin), seeks review of the district court's order denying his motion which he denominated "Motion for Illegal Sentence Rule 35(a)." The district court also denied Amin's motions to proceed in forma pauperis and for appointment of counsel. Amin asks that we appoint an attorney to represent him in this appeal.
